If you are planting a new lawn or doing some overseeding, this is the blend for you. High in Phosphorus, this blend promotes root establishment, while providing controlled release Nitrogen over time for growth.

Our ever-popular maintenance blend, high in Nitrogen to give your lawn the boost it needs in the spring and early summer. The added Iron (Fe) helps with greening and also helps deter weeds (*Iron will not kill weeds, but as it builds up in your soil, it can help create an unwelcome environment for new weeds). With Controlled Release, you can be sure your lawn is getting Nitrogen over time, when the conditions are right for the plant to utilize it effectively.

In the later fall months, your lawn doesn’t need fertility for growth, but rather for winter protection as it prepares for dormancy. This blend which is highest in Potassium will help your lawn and its roots overwinter better so it is in a healthier state starting into Spring!

This all-purpose blend is a great option to add fertility to the soil for a mixed vegetable garden.

Another all-purpose blend with slightly lower levels of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium, which will offer a boost of fertility to your garden soil.

In our region of naturally acidic soils, regular lime application is typically required to maintain a healthy soil pH, which is very important for the health and quality of your lawn. It is recommended, to know your current pH level, to conduct a soil test. Assuming it is low, the amount of lime your soil requires will depend on how much the pH needs adjusted to reach an optimum level (6.5 – 7).

For maintenance (once optimum pH is achieved), we recommend one 25kg bag of pelletized lime per 1000 ft2 per year.

Our premium lawn seed is a Kentucky Bluegrass, Creeping Red Fescue, Perennial Ryegrass blend that performs in shade or sun.
